Kellan Baker is a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress, where he works on LGBT health and data collection policy with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and state and local stakeholders across the country. Kellan is also currently the Centennial Scholar in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where he is pursuing a PhD in health services research and policy. He holds a BA with high honors in astrophysics and Russian from Swarthmore College and an MPH and MA in global public health policy and international development from George Washington University.
